Product activation on Steam
Get the paid product in the My purchases section.
If the Steam client is not installed, download it for Windows (the client is also available on Mac and Linux) and install it.
Launch Steam, log in to your account, or register a new one if you don't already have one.
Go to the "Games" menu and select "Activate via Steam".
Accept the Steam subscriber agreement.
Enter the activation key (After activation, you will be asked to download the game )

If you don't have the Origin client installed, download it for Windows (the client is also available on Mac) and install it.
Start Origin, log in to your account, or create a new one if you don't already have one.
Go to the "Origin" menu and select "Activate product code".
Enter the activation key.
Click "Next" and confirm activation.
After activation, you will be asked to download and start playing.
